What a report shows
The sample report covers a fictitious building services company with 28 employees. The analysis finds five processes with a combined 87 hours of manual work per month and around CHF 68,000 in cost potential per year.

Not every process is worth automating. If the data is messy, order comes first, then technology. And some things stay human: pricing decisions, customer relationships, quality responsibility and leadership.
